Media and uploaded photos

Uploaded photos should be used only for quote preparation and media identification. Original media and customer files should be handled carefully and not shared without permission.

Acknowledgment records

When a quote request, intake, order authorization, or payment flow includes required acknowledgments, Past Forward Convert may record the wording shown, the version of the related policy, the customer details submitted, and the date and time of acceptance so project expectations can be documented.

Third-party tools

This site may later connect to form providers, email services, analytics tools, CRM systems, Google Drive, or payment tools. Update this policy when those integrations are added.
