Privacy matters when the media is personal.

Information collected

Past Forward Convert may collect information you submit through a quote or contact form, including name, email, phone, city, media details, delivery preferences, notes, and uploaded photos used to identify media formats. Project records can also include messages, quotes, invoices, payment status, order history, and delivery links.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to questions, prepare quotes, coordinate projects, identify media, communicate about timelines, and deliver completed digital files.

Media and uploaded photos

Quote photos are used to identify media, prepare the quote, and plan the requested work. Customer media is private and used to complete the project. Past Forward Convert does not use it in marketing, demonstrations, before-and-after examples, social media, or AI training without separate written permission.

Aaron currently uses Ashampoo installed on his own computer for enhancement, opening the media in that program rather than uploading it through an online enhancement website. This is separate from uploading completed files to Google Drive for agreed delivery. Contact Aaron before approving enhancement if you have questions about how your particular project will be processed.

Acknowledgment records

When a quote request, intake, order authorization, or payment flow includes required acknowledgments, Past Forward Convert may record the wording shown, the version of the related policy, the customer details submitted, the date and time of acceptance, browser information, and a hashed request identifier so project expectations can be documented.

Third-party tools

The website and project workflow use service providers for specific tasks. A provider receives the information needed for the applicable part of the service:

• Vercel hosts the website and supports public-page analytics when enabled.
• Supabase stores customer, quote, order, communication, and uploaded quote-photo records.
• Resend sends project emails and reports delivery results. When the dedicated reply service is enabled, replies can be stored with the order.
• Wave handles invoices and online payment processing. Alternative payment services, such as PayPal or Venmo, apply when you choose or agree to use them.
• Google Drive stores and delivers completed files when it is part of the agreed delivery plan.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse when enabled.

Card or bank payment details are entered with the payment provider, not into the quote form. Providers also have their own privacy policies and account terms. Do not include payment credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information in a quote or message.

Browser storage and site usage

The quote form uses storage in the same browser tab to recover ordinary unfinished fields for up to 30 minutes. Uploaded files and legal acknowledgments are not restored. Reaching the successful confirmation page clears that saved draft. The recovery copy belongs to the current tab, and you can clear site storage to remove it. This does not delete a request already submitted to the business.

The site also uses the first public page visited, a limited referrer path, and campaign labels for up to 24 hours in the tab to understand where inquiries begin. This information can accompany a submitted request. Public-page analytics may record visits and interactions when enabled. Private request, invoice, project-status, and dashboard pages are excluded from the site's analytics event reporting.

When our website visit counter is enabled, a random identifier in the current browser tab groups public-page visits for 30 minutes. The counter stores that identifier, a timestamp, a broad source category, and a page category. It does not store your question, contact details, photos, full URLs, or IP address. These visit records are removed after 90 days when the next visit is recorded. This counter respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Browser storage restrictions may prevent a visit from being counted.

Technical request information, such as browser details, network addresses or hashed identifiers, timestamps, and error or delivery results, supports hosting, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. A sign-in cookie is used for the private owner dashboard.

Retention and your choices

Quote, order, communication, and financial records may be retained to manage the work, answer later questions, maintain business records, and address disputes or applicable recordkeeping duties. Contact Aaron to ask about access, corrections, or deletion. Some records may need to remain for those purposes, and a request does not guarantee immediate removal from provider backups.

Original physical media and completed digital files have different retention arrangements, described in the pickup, return, and digital-file retention policy. Please download completed files and keep your own backup. Keep private request and delivery links with people you intend to have access; anyone you share a link with may be able to use it.
