These are family memories, not just media files.

The formal Terms of Service matters, but the heart of the process is simple: treat every tape, reel, photo, slide, and recording with care, patience, and clear communication.

Your memories are handled like they matter

Every project is handled carefully because the media may contain moments that cannot be replaced: a parent's voice, a grandparent's laugh, childhood video, weddings, holidays, military service, school concerts, sports, first steps, or family members who have passed away.

No project is treated as merely an order number.

Originals are returned

Original tapes, film, photographs, slides, negatives, and audio media are returned after the project unless a different written plan has been approved.

Customers should still arrange pickup or return promptly after completion because original physical media is not stored indefinitely.

Clear expectations come first

Older media can contain hidden deterioration, and results vary. Past Forward Convert will communicate when complications arise and will not pressure customers into added work.

Optional Memory Restoration or Premium Video Enhancement is discussed separately so customers can decide whether it is worth it for their project.

Questions are welcome

Customers can ask questions at any point. If the safest next step is to wait, send a photo, start with a smaller batch, or skip an add-on, Aaron will say that plainly.
